Knowing tools like Photoshop illustrator and after effects is an essential for designers but that doesn’t make us good graphic designers. Graphics designers are people who can express ideas throughout their designs. But whether you are good at Photoshop or illustrator it doesn’t mean anything because after all, if you can’t express your idea through your designs what’s the point.

Knowing how to use Photoshop and After Effects is like knowing how to use a knife for a chef. It’s important, but if you don’t know the recipe, there’s no point. These programs are essential for creating graphics and videos, but you need to have a good understanding of the principles behind them in order to create truly effective designs and videos.

For example, if you want to make an effective video advertisement, you need more than just basic knowledge of these programs — you also need an understanding of marketing principles. Similarly, if you want to create an engaging info-graphic, you’ll need more than just design skills — you’ll also need data analysis skills.

So while it’s important to learn how to use Photoshop and After Effects effectively on your own, it’s even more important that you understand what these tools can be used for and how they can be applied effectively within your field of work or study

HR

When you’re hiring a graphics designer, don’t ask them about what software they use and can. That’s not the most important thing. The most important thing is their design skills and experience. You should ask them to show you some of their previous work, so you can see for yourself how well they express an idea throughout their designs.

We can find Designers who are skilled in various software programs, but designers who have mastered the art of visual communication are much harder to find. So before you get wrapped up in asking about someone’s Illustrator or Photoshop skills, take a look at their portfolio instead and see how well they’ve been able to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

Of course, it’s always helpful if your designer is familiar with popular software programs used in graphic design; but more importantly, they should be able to utilize whatever tools necessary to create the best possible outcome for your project. So don’t be afraid to ask them about specific projects they’ve worked on in the past — this will give you a much better idea of whether or not they have the right skill set for your needs

Graphics Design

Designers, your portfolio should not be limited to just your beautiful design pictures. Adding emotions to it can make all the difference. Tell us what’s behind the design, that idea you express — let us feel what you felt when you created it.

Your Portfolios are like a storybook of Your lives as designers. Each project you included should tell a story and evoke an emotion in the viewer.

Your portfolio is your opportunity to show off your best work and impress potential clients or employers. But if all you show is pretty pictures, without any explanation of why or how they were made, then you’re missing out on a chance to really connect with those viewing it. They may appreciate the beauty of your designs but they won’t understand them as well as they could if you add some context. And that’s where adding emotions comes in handy!

By describing why you chose a certain color scheme or typeface, for example, or by explaining the concept behind your design, you help others see how much thought and care went into each piece. This can make all the difference between getting hired or not — after all, most people would rather work with someone who is passionate about their work than someone who simply churns out pretty designs.

I think now is the best time to work on our Portfolio. We can use this time to improve our skills and make sure that we are ready for any opportunities that come our way. We should also take this opportunity to network with other professionals and learn from their experiences. By doing all of these things, we can put ourselves in a better position to find a job that meets our needs and goals.
